Anemia Diet

The nutrients you need are something that really helps and that a lot of doctors recommend during mild anemia. A common cause of anemia in humans is a dietary lack of iron. You can get iron from plant and animal feeds. Iron derived from the animal feed is called heme iron. It is absorbed easily and is
found in meat, poultry, and seafood.

Plant Iron is called non-heme iron. It is found in many healthy plant foods but absorbing is more difficult for the body. But if you eat non-heme iron-rich foods combined with-vitamin C, either from supplements or from foods, the body will absorb it much better. 

The other vitamins you need are- Vitamin B12, which makes red blood cells and folate, a type of vitamin B9, very essential for the body. These are the four nutrients you need to overcome anemia.

Folate rich foods

Also, add foods rich in folate and vitamin B-12 to support red blood cell production. Now folate is found in many healthy foods that are rich in vitamin c as well. Spinach, broccoli, oranges, beans, peas, nuts, and lemons. These should always be present in a healthy renal diet. Sardines, seafood, meat, poultry, and eggs are good dietary sources of this vitamin. 

L-Carnitine rich foods

If you can, eat all of them in the same meal, at the same time without having to drink tea or coffee. And get recommended renal vitamins and iron, if you don't take them already.
