10 Natural Ways to Whiten Teeth

1) Baking Soda 


Baking soda is a low-cost solution for whiter teeth, and it is the most common home remedy. Only add an equal portion of baking soda and water together to create a paste. Use this paste to brush your teeth. Use this method once daily.

2) Lemon Juice 


Lemon is a natural bleaching agent that will clear the teeth from yellow discoloration. Rich in vitamin C, the acidic and antibacterial properties of lemon help to kill bacteria in your mouth, whiten your teeth, and also avoid various kinds of oral diseases. Stir in a teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice with a teaspoon of water. Use the mixture to thoroughly brush your teeth for a minute. Rinse your mouth with water and brush your teeth with normal toothpaste. Repeat this method for spectacular results twice a week.

3) Banana Peel 


Banana peel is another superb home remedy for whitening teeth. Bananas include essential minerals such as manganese, magnesium, and potassium. They penetrate through the surface of your teeth and help clean them from within. Eat a banana and rub the peel around for 3 to 5 minutes on your teeth. Try covering the whole region. 4) Activated Charcoal 


Activated charcoal has natural adhesive qualities that can remove the stain from coffee, tea, wine and can remove the yellow plaque on your teeth. It's also considered to kill microbes and absorb odor-causing gases. Pour the activated powder from the charcoal into a cup. To make a paste add a teaspoon of water to it. Gently apply that paste on your teeth. Wait for 3 minutes, then rinse off.

5) Apple Cider Vinegar 


Another beneficial home remedy for removing stains from your teeth is the apple cider vinegar. It is effective and keeps your teeth white. It removes the stubborn stains of coffee and nicotine which make your teeth look ugly. Immerse your brush in some apple cider vinegar, then apply it gently to your stained teeth. Rinse your mouth, then brush with your regular toothpaste over again. Rinse your mouth with water. Make sure you don't use too much apple cider vinegar, as the enamel coating on your teeth may be removed.

Grind some leaves of dried basil to a fine powder. Mix your regular toothpaste with this powder, and brush your teeth. Use this remedy regularly to make white teeth sparkling.

Salt is a very good dental cleaner, used since ancient times. Salt restores the mineral content lost in the teeth and keeps them white and sparkling.
