Dosage of Giloy

1) Giloy juice- 2-3 tablespoon twice daily or as prescribed by a physician.

2) Giloy tablet/capsule- 1-2 twice a day or as prescribed by a physician 

3) Giloy Churna/powder- 1/4- 1/2 tablespoon twice daily or as prescribed by a physician 

The best time to take Giloy is 30 minutes before breakfast and 30 minutes before dinner. 

How to make Giloy juice from stems

1) Take 6 long Giloy stems

2) Peel off the outer brown layer of stems

3) Cut the stem into small pieces.

4) Crush the stem pieces in mortar and pestle 

5) Take water in a pan and start boiling

6) Add the crushed stem paste to the pan

7) Allow boiling till the water is reduced to 1/4 th the quantity 

8) Strain  the mixture and drink hot

How to make Giloy juice from leaves 

1) Take one big Giloy leaf per person

2) Cut the leaf into small pieces 

3) Grind the leaf with water in a mixture grinder. 

4) Strain the mixture and drink

How to make Giloy Kada
