1 Allergy  


a) If you are having itching in any body parts then wash it with neem water. Neem is a natural antiseptic which gives a cooling sensation and relieves from itching.
b) Red onion water is efficient in reducing seasonal allergies and relieves from allergies when you inhale pollen.

2 Anxiety


a) Drink 2 cups of raw carrot or lettuce juice when stressed or anxious. Magnesium and antioxidants help to regulate serotonin balance.
b) Drinking chamomile tea may ease anxiety symptoms. 

3 Acne/ pimples


a) Drink a mixture of black raisins, sugar, and fennel seeds in water. 
b) Prepare a paste of Multani mitti, rose water, and sandalwood and apply it to acne/pimples.
c) Cut a slice of tomato and apply it directly to the pimple.
d) Drink a mixture of tulsi juice with lemon and ginger paste.

4 Bad breath


a) Chew some cardamom to fight bad breath because of their antifungal and antibacterial characteristics.
b) Prepare a mixture by boiling cloves, cinnamon sticks in water. Strain and drink at normal temperature for refreshing breath.
c) Drink mint tea. Pudina is an antiseptic and naturally refreshing flavored spice. 

5 Blisters


a) Apply a condensed cool milk smoothie to a blister within 24 hours to reduce inflammation causing the pain
b) Apply Aloe Vera gel, Vaseline, or coconut oil on blisters as they hydrate the skin and heal them.


6 Bruises


a) Apply an ice pack immediately over the bruise. Apply warm compress after 2 days.
b) Apply turmeric or apple cedar vinegar over the wound if it is bleeding. 
c) Apply lavender oil to heal the wound.

7 Common cold


a) Make a drink of herbs and spices for relief. Add ginger, cinnamon stick, coriander seeds, cloves, lime in water simmer, and strain. Serve hot and drink every two hours daily.
b) Make another drink of ginger, tulsi leaves, peppercorns, cloves in boiling water. Strain and drink hot regularly. 
c) Add grated ginger in honey and black pepper. Melt the mixture and drink.
d) Eat one or two raw cloves a day or lightly sauteed garlic, all at once or in small doses.

8 Congestion


a) Grate a piece of radish, add lime juice, a pinch of salt and sugar, stir and swallow. The pungent vapors will clear up your chest.
b) Tie 1 tablespoon ajwain in muslin into a sort of bean bag as large as your palm. Press it using iron and place it on the chest or sinuses.
 c) To clear a stuffy nose mix 1/4 tsp table salt in 1 cup water. Place 2 to 3 drops in each nostril with a dropper.

9 Constipation


a) Soak 200 grams fiber-rich dry black currants in water for a day to puff and eat after dinner.
b) Eat fibers like bananas that help in the movement of poop down.
d) Add Chia seeds or flaxseeds or fennel seeds, lime, and honey and drink the mixture.
c) A pinch of turmeric and figs, added to boiling milk helps in relieving constipation
d) Eating raw Papaya may relieve constipation.
e) Drinking plenty of water relieves constipation.

10 Cough


a) Make a thyme tea by steeping 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried thyme leaves in a cup of boiling water for 10 minutes. Drink up to 3 times a day.
b) Soak sliced onion in enough honey to cover it, overnight. The next day strain and discard the onion, take it every two hours.
c) Drinking 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon lime juice in a glass of warm water can help dissolve mucous in the throat.
d) Add a pinch of turmeric to a cup of hot milk with sugar candy to taste. Drink daily throughout the winter season.
e) Drink a mixture of tulsi juice and a teaspoon of honey, a few crushed cloves, crushed ginger, and black peppercorn in water and boil. Strain mixture and drink hot. Add honey to sweeten.

11 Diarrhea


a) Drink Salt and sugar in water to retain electrolytes lost due to excessive stools. 
b) Add Fenugreek seeds (methi) in a cup of curd, buttermilk, or water and drink.
c) Add 1 tsp Pudina (mint) in 1 tsp honey and drink.

12 Fatigue


a) Sprinkle fresh ground cinnamon on your porridge, cereal, toast, or whatever you have for breakfast. It triples the ability of insulin to metabolize glucose.
b) The peppermint oil boosts beta wave activity in the formal lobe of the brain, increasing alertness and the ability to focus.

13 Nausea and vomiting


a) Mix 1 tsp. dried cinnamon with 1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger and add to 1 cup boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain and drink.
b) Soak 1 tsp aniseed in 1 cup of water till it becomes a rich golden yellow. Strain and drink.

14 Motion sickness


a) The ginger works by dampening impulses to the brain that deliver messages about equilibrium. You need to give it time to kick in. So drink ginger water one hour before your trip.

15 Menopause


a) Garden sage can eliminate or reduce night sweats. To make a sage infusion place 4 tsp dried sage in one cup of hot water. Cover tightly and steep for four hours or more. Then strain and drink at bedtime.
b) Soya beans help in reduction in hot flashes. So add them to soups and casseroles in any form. Or combine soya flour to atta on your chapattis.

16 Insect bites and stings


a) Make a paste of 1/4 tsp meat tenderizer and 1 to 2 tsp water. Apply it to the affected area as soon as possible. Repeat in an hour if it still stings. 
b) A drop of vinegar rubbed into the center of the bite can bring quick, long-lasting relief. And more, you don't feel like scratching. 
c) A paste of sodium bicarbonate and water applied on a mosquito bite will help to relieve the itch.
d) Onions contain enzymes that help break down prostaglandins - chemicals that your body releases in response to pain. Apply onion paste on the bite.  

17 Hiccups


a) Eating sugar may help in hiccups. 
b) Hold your breath for a count of 30 may also work for some.

18 Headache


a) Rosemary is an effective preventive for migraines. Use 1 tsp rosemary in water and drink.
b) Grate fresh ginger into juice. Use fresh or powdered ginger daily when you cook your foods. Ginger helps prevent the release of substances that make blood vessels dilate, and keep the blood flowing, which is essential in migraine prevention.

19 Gum problems


a) For gums that are temporarily irritated and swollen treat yourself to a pineapple juice ice pack. The cold reduces the swelling, the pineapple sweetens the therapy. 
b) Treat a gum by using boil paste of baking soda and water. Baking soda reduces the swelling.

20 Gas and indigestion


a) Mint can calm your nerves as its active ingredient flows through the gastrointestinal tract. Prepare mint tea and have it twice daily.  Sip slowly and inhale the aroma as you relax.
b) A pinch of ajwain with another pinch of rock salt and a dash of lime makes a good meal go down better. So does dried amla and aniseed (saunf).
c) Methi and Turmeric stop acid buildup and stimulate the flow of digestive juices. So add some to your meals.
d) Mix 1 tsp ginger in a cup of hot water. Steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain and drink after meals.
C) Chew salt and ajwain mixture for quick digestion. 

21 Toothache


a) Dab some clove oil (an analgesic anesthetic) on a cotton bud and apply directly on the aching tooth.
b) Sesame contains at least 7 pain-relieving compounds. Boil a mixture of water and sesame seeds till reduced to half. Allow it to cool and apply directly on the tooth.
c) Apply a mixture of green guava peel, phulkari (alum), kali mirch (black salt), and sendha namak (black salt) on your teeth.

22 Urinary tract infection


a) Parsley helps increase the output of urine by increasing the flow of blood to the kidneys. Make a mixture of parsley and water. Drink regularly for the best results.
